Anderson Construction Co., Inc. was founded by Douglas A. Means after attending Colorado State University in 1995.  While in college, Doug saw the opportunity along the Front Range in the increasing need for residential and commercial construction.  Upon graduation, he had the opportunity to acquire a residential land development project that he developed, built and sold forty residential home sites.  This hands on experience has led Anderson Construction Co., Inc. down a long road of construction and development opportunities in all sectors of construction over the past 22 years along the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming.

 

Anderson Construction Co., Inc, is a full-service commercial construction, development and construction management company located in Denver, Colorado. We provide construction management and general contracting services throughout Colorado and Wyoming.  Anderson Construction has a wide range of construction experience that includes full site development and infrastructure construction, tenant finish, retail centers, offices, warehouse and storage, medical, restaurants and athletic facilities.

Anderson Construction was been building throughout the Colorado Front Range and Wyoming for over twenty years.  Having built 1000’s of square feet of new buildings and tenant improvements, we have gained the experience and industry knowledge required to successfully manage and build a wide range of construction projects. Our team has extensive experience working on new ground up buildings from land acquisition, entitlement work, design development through construction and tenant finish in both traditional locations and in locations with varying challenging conditions. Our project experience also includes, retail, athletic, medical, veterinarian, government, educational, light industrial and tenant finishes for restaurants and offices.
